Hi, no there are not extra cost for towels and sheets. But if you want to have new clean towels and sheets more you have to pay it. Your cost include 1 small towel, 1 large towel for person, 1 carpet and sheets. Stefano

Good location, no very confortable
The location, the property was walking distance to everything, it was in a safe location and it had a lift, even though was a small and difficult to get in and out , but with luggage it was essential . Also surrounded by restaurants, souvenirs stores , and even a supermarket. The train station was 800m away .
The rooms didn’t have a cattle or coffee maker, just a little fridge . Not enough furniture, just the beds and some kind of chest and a bed side table , the same in the bathroom no place to put anything . Finally it was very noisy very early in the mornings .

Wonderful
The room was clean and comfortable. It had all the necessities. Nothing to write home about, but it was a functional, neat little place to spend the night after a long day of city tours. Our host was very helpful and pleasant. We were even allowed to stay beyond our check out hour, due to the fact that nobody had booked the room for the day, so we could keep our luggage in the room, and could do some extra weight-free exploring before catching our train. The location is great, right in the center of the city, at short walking distance from all the most important attractions and the station. The shower is large enough to accommodate two people. Our bed was a little stiff, but not enough to become uncomfortable. The room is on a steep third floor of an old - but well kept - building with elevator. It includes a bed, two night stands, a small desk, a mini fridge, AC, a small TV, a wardrobe with a set of towels per guest and a hair dryer.
The walls were a bit thin and we could hear a lot of what was going on on our floor.
